The sachets are there not to just to make you full, they serve a very strong cleansing purpose. If you miss one, its ok, you can just take it after all other sachets are finished, even if you are planning to break the fast next day. You don’t have to follow the schedule exactly but complying with break between each sachet is important so they all have time to work through your digestive system. Do not take more than suggested at one time either.

No. Coffee is an irritant to a digestive system and also very de-hydrating. Detox is not the time to drink your coffee, green tea in moderation however is okay.
